Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  5. Sales Planning: Prepare and execute detailed sales plans, including setting sales targets, budgeting, and forecasting.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
  8. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.


Qualifications


  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the IT industry.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  7. Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  8. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  9. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  10. Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
